Use & Dosage
Adults and children over 6 years: 1 spray in each nostril up to 2–3 times daily.
Hold the bottle upright, insert the nozzle gently into the nostril, and press the spray mechanism once. Avoid inhaling deeply during application. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days to prevent rebound congestion.
